1. Submission of Work:
I understand that all work submitted to the W2R 2024 Writing Competition, including but not limited to written pieces, artwork, and multimedia projects, is considered fair to use by the program.

2. Rights to Use and Disseminate:
I grant the W2R Summer Workshop Series the right to use, reproduce, and disseminate my submitted work for promotional and educational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on the program’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

3. Use of Images and Videos: I consent to the W2R Summer Workshop Series capturing and using images and videos of me during workshop activities. These images and videos may be used for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to, publication on the program’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

4. Credit and Attribution:
I understand that the W2R Summer Workshop Series will provide appropriate credit and attribution for my work whenever it is used or disseminated.

5. No Compensation:
I acknowledge that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of my submitted work, images, or videos by the program.

6. Withdrawal of Consent:
I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by providing written notice to the W2R Organizers. However, I acknowledge that any work, images, or videos already used or disseminated prior to the withdrawal of consent may continue to be used by the program.

7. Parental/Guardian Consent (if under 18)
If the participant is under the age of 18, this consent agreement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
